There maybe the case when you want to block a particular IP from accessing your website or that range of IP you can do it from the IP deny manager of Cpanel.
Login to Cpanel
in the serach Box search
Ip Deny Manager
Login to Cpanel
in the serach Box search
Ip Deny Manager
It Will Look Like
then add the IP and click Add.
It also shows the list of IP's Already blocked.
